Convoy International Secondary Academy is composed of excellent faculty and staff. The experienced teaching faculty of credited courses are licensed under the Ontario Collage of Teachers who have graduated from top Universities locally and around the world. The compulsory courses are taught in small ratio classes of 1:8 and the elective courses are taught in a ratio of 1:10. The faculty pays attention to the academic needs of the student while also motivating the students learning interest.
In order for each student to graduate and apply for their ideal University, Convoy International Secondary Academy will follow the curriculum implanted by the Ontario government. Convoy International Secondary Academy is committed in hiring excellent teachers for IELTS, TOEFL, SAT and other exams. Each situation of the students is assessed in order to provide an effective study and language training program. If the student requires tutoring, it can be arranged for after school and the weekends. This will allow the student to improve their English language proficiency and standardized test scores in a short period of time.
At this time Convoy International Secondary Academy has provided the students with a counsellor and academic advisors with rich experience in communication with youths. The counsellor pays attention to the daily life of the student outside the class room such as the completion of assignments, airport pick up, arranging for homestay, helping the student obtain cell phones, bank cards and other issues the student may face. The arrangement of bi-weekly activities will help international students to learn and intergrade into the Canadian society.
